Submission terms

Version tsvaicurator-terms-v1.0-2026-10

1. You keep ownership of your music. Submitting grants TSVAICurator a non-exclusive, revocable licence only for the uses you tick.
2. Private evaluation is separate from public use. Public previews, full playback, reviews, show excerpts and social promotion each need your separate permission.
3. You confirm you hold the rights to the recording, its samples and any voices used. Unauthorised impersonation of real performers isn't allowed.
4. AI-generated music isn't automatically copyright-free; you are responsible for your tools' licence terms.
5. You can withdraw permissions at any time through the takedown form. Public media is removed promptly; we keep consent records for legal reasons.
6. Reviews are opinions of AI hosts, edited by humans. Payment or sponsorship never influences editorial rankings.
